Introduction
Periods are a natural and important part of life, and tracking them shouldn’t feel awkward or negative. That’s why we created five unique versions of the Five Year Period Tracker Journal: the 70’s Poster Cover, the Giraffe Cover, the Cats Cover, the Moon Cover, and the Cat Launch Cover. Each design is beautifully crafted to offer a discreet, empowering way to track your cycle without drawing unwanted attention.

Why We Created These Journals
We created the Five Year Period Tracker Journals to provide a positive, attractive, and discreet offering — something that could sit on your desk or shelf without broadcasting its purpose. When researching similar products, we noticed many titles included phrases like "Watch Out, I’m Prickly!" or prominently displayed "Period Tracker" on the cover. While those designs can be cute and funny, we realized some users, particularly younger users, may prefer a journal with no text at all on the cover.
Inside the Five Year Period Tracker Journals
The interiors of all five versions of the Five Year Period Tracker Journals are identical, featuring:
60 two-page spreads (enough for five years of tracking).
Space to log:
Dates of your cycle
Flow intensity
Moon cycle phase
Moods and emotions
Sleep patterns
Symptoms This format helps you notice patterns, understand your body, and even plan around your natural rhythm. It’s not just about tracking—it’s about getting to know yourself better.

Why Choose a Paper Journal Over a Digital Tracker?
In a world full of apps and digital tools, you might wonder why a paper journal is worth considering. Here are a few reasons:
Privacy : No data-sharing concerns with a paper journal—it’s yours and yours alone.
Mindfulness : Writing by hand encourages reflection and helps you connect with your body and emotions.
Accessibility : No batteries, no notifications, no distractions—just you and your journal.
Keepsake Quality : Your journal becomes a personal record, a tangible reminder of how you’ve grown and changed over time.
Each of our five cover designs is crafted with care, so you can feel confident tracking your cycle in a way that fits your style.
